Cuppa Reveal

As much as I loved this month's Studio Calico kit, my time with it was rather limited. But to be honest, it's what I love most about scrapbooking with kits. I am able to have everything I need in one place and then when I am ready, I can spread it all out in front of me to create. I got the Scrapbook kit, Card kit and Chai Add-on this time.  My process starts out the same way each month. I open up the main kit and spread out all the elements. Then I grab some photos to see which ones I'd like to use. The reason I like to keep printed photos on hand is because it saves me time and allow me to create right away, instead of waiting to print them at home.

Using just the Scrapbook kit, this layout came together rather quickly, though I changed my mind several times on placement of some embellishments.

And the rest of my layouts came together over a couple days in between Jack's naps.
