Week in the Life + a giveaway
Decided to participate in Ali Edwards' Week in the Life once again. I did it in 2010 for the first time and then again in 2011 - there are 2 posts from that year that inspired me to do this again as so much has changed in 2 years. Here's the Sunday + Monday one and Tuesday's from 2011. Last year I didn't do a big separate thing as I was doing Project Life for the first 6 months and then the second half of the year was crazy full of travels and my grandmother being hospitalized. This week however, will no doubt look very different than any of my weeks next year. I decided to share some of the photos on Instagram, and each day I just plan on making a collage of 9 photos. Here's what Monday 9.9 looked like:
6 days until my due date
Woke up at 6:45am without an alarm
Made coffee and had JC move the car for street cleaning
He drove Courtney's car into work
Ismael and the guys came over around 8:20am to work on putting the posts up for the fence
I had a green smoothie
Mommy and I shared a toasted everything bagel with chive creamcheese
Did some work and made a vet appt for the dogs
Weather was finally cooler, and even overcast in the afternoon
Mommy and I had Taco Bell for lunch
The pups and I dropped her off at the airport for her 4th trip to Vegas since July
I learned a new trick with my gallon of ice cream (thankfully the flavor isn't as good as I thought it would be)
Went to see my therapist for the first time in a couple years, she is fantastic and I feel so much better already
Cindy got off work early (clinical at Kaiser)
JC also came home early and we watched Monday Night Football
I made dinner - a big salad and leftovers: mac & cheese & duck
I took a shower and was about to go to bed when the Chargers & Texans game got interesting in the 4th quarter and ended with a winning 41 yard field goal by Houston.
After reading 4 pages of Bringing Up Bébé, I decided it was time to sleep.
So that wasn't so bad for a Monday. Hope yours was great too.

I just love Skipping5's puffy stickers and have been using them throughout my Project Life. Side note - my Project Life - Cut & Paste- Mini Kit is available now! They remind me of my childhood, but instead of "saving them", I am hooked on adding the tiny bits of goodness to paper.
