The good thing about being on planes for extended periods of time is the fact that you can not only get caught up on podcasts, but you can also take notes while listening. Typically I listen to podcasts while running or driving, so it's not conducive to scribbling down the nuggets of wisdom worth recording. I listened to the Lively Show podcast with Brooke Castillo and found this quote inspiring. Hope you do too.

Still trying to spread more love and motivation for each of your Mondays this year. I'm still using this watercolor set from Michaels and I got a new brush from a local art supply store, and found the same Princeton Select brush online at Joann.
