Always pretty motivated about a fresh start to a new month, I wanted to do something creatively different for April. I think it's really important to make being creative a priority just for the heck of it on a daily basis. I've formed a creative habit which leads me to spending 15 minutes getting creative just for me. While going through my Instagram feed, I noticed some challenges taking place that seemed like things I could tackle. So I decided to take part (and I bet some of you are already playing along) in two challenges.
I'm using a Midori Traveler's Notebook in blue that my mom brought back from Japan. You can see that there are many choices of refills and page types, so you can choose the one that suits you. I'm doing the #creativemidorichallenge by @livelifeandcreate on the left side and the #listersgottalist challenge by @theResetGirl on the right side.
Apologies in advance for not listing all the supplies and where they came from. It's a mix of supplies I have on hand that may not be available anymore. For me, I just need to do this project with the things I love.
Here's what you can still get: Midori Traveler's Notebook | Sweet Stamp Shop Plan Travel set | happy place + cloud/sun stamp set | Amy Tangerine roller stamp | Kelly Purkey alphabet + numbers | Archival Ink in black - best ink pad for stamping and using watercolors | alternative watercolor options – Colortopia Watercolor Set | this one | and this one | I use a #2 paint brush.
