FAQ’S

Ordering & Payment

When will I be charged?
You'll be charged as soon as you sign up. For monthly subscribers, you'll be charged again on the same date each month until you cancel. (We start prepping envelopes around the 5th, so that's when we lock in who's getting mail that month.)

What's the difference between Monthly and 6-Month?
Monthly ($13/mo) renews automatically each month until you cancel. 6-Month ($66) is a one-time payment for six months of Happy Mail.

Can I use a discount code?
Happy Mail subscriptions can't be combined with other discount codes. (It's already priced with love!)

Shipping & Delivery

When does it ship?
Happy Mail ships around the 15th of each month.

How is it shipped?
Each envelope is sent via USPS first-class mail - just like a letter from a friend. This means there's no tracking number, but it should arrive within a week or so.

What if my mail doesn't arrive?
If you haven't received your Happy Mail by the 29th of the month, email hello@amytangerine.com and we'll sort it out.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet - US only for now. We hope to add international shipping in the future!

What will I get each month?
Every Happy Mail includes:

  • Your name, hand-lettered by me on the envelope

  • Die cuts I designed, made in the USA

The exact items vary month to month - that's part of the surprise!

Are these items available in your shop?
Nope! Happy Mail goodies are exclusive to subscribers. But you can totally subscribe for just one month if you want to try it out.

Subscription Management

How do I cancel?
Email hello@amytangerine.com and we'll cancel your subscription - no questions asked. 6-Month purchases are non-refundable but you'll receive all 6 months.

Can I change my address?
Yes! Email hello@amytangerine.com with your new address at least a week before the 15th.

Gifting

Can I send Happy Mail as a gift?
Yes! At checkout, just enter your recipient's name and shipping address. The 6-Month option makes a great gift - they'll get mail from me for half a year!

Will pricing show on the package?
Nope. No receipts or pricing info are included - it arrives like a surprise letter.
