Silhouette Stamping Kit

The Silhouette Stamping Kit is one of the products I was most excited about seeing in action at CHA Create N Connect in Vegas. Doesn't every designer/creative being/person dream of creating their very own stamps?

There's a bit of a learning curve, and it would have helped if I could have located a new blade in my piles of stuff that got moved. I think that would have made all the difference. And perhaps it's time I upgrade from the SD to the Cameo® or Portrait®, once I organize my studio. For now, I am working on the dining room table (which forces me to clean up after every single project).

Confession:I decided after cutting out the silhouette of the US that I wanted a heart. So I simply cut a small scrap with scissors. The material is really quite fun and if you're up for it, you can use a craft knife and mat to create shapes without the machine.

The Hero Arts Shadow Ink in Wet Cement left an interesting impression, that I actually love the look of (and matches my table). The black ink comes in the starter kit. I wrote the love with an American Crafts .03 Precision Pen under the white alphabean stickers.
