An Afternoon with Pam Garrison and Friends

It was one of those days where I had so much to catch up on that I wasn't sure where to begin. When this occurs, it's usually best for me to start writing a to-do list. It can cover everything from returning emails to starting bigger projects. I like to log all the baby steps along the way. Checking things off gives me a strong sense of accomplishment, no matter how small the task. It all needs to get done. So when I got a few of the small things checked off, and even a couple big things, I allowed myself to take a few hours and drive down to Santa Ana for a bit of artsy fun. Pam Garrison was doing a little workshop of sorts in Jenny Doh's studio, and it was so nice to be able to escape and get a bit messy.

It was the perfect creative break I needed and though it felt nothing like work, ideas were brewing! I even made it home before traffic and in time to check a few more things off my list. PS - Tomorrow I have a really fun shop update you're probably going to want to check out! It's something I have never done before and I'm bursting at the seams to tell you about.
