From the Archives: Road Trip Mini

It was brought to my attention that some of the photos in old blog posts aren't showing up. Early on when I started blogging, I didn't really know what I was doing. I thought if I copied a link to insert a photo, it would be there forever. Often I would simply copy the image link from Snapfish, and well, I don't think those photos are working. Instead of moaning and groaning about it too much, I decided to just deal with it. Then a request to see the road trip photos from this post came in and I decided it was worth revisiting. So here it is, originally posted on July 7, 2010: Take 1 amazing road trip (2200 miles in 4 days) from Chicago to Los Angeles & add some fun pictures along the way, combine them all with little bits & souvenirs, mix them generously into a Punky Sprouts album & here’s what you get:

Supplies used: American Crafts, Studio Calico, Hambly, Cosmo Cricket, Washi tape, Hero Arts, October Afternoon, Paper Source *email/comment if you have specific questions  What an amazing trip.  If we could go back and do it all again, I think we’d do it all the same. We only drove during the day (except for our last day) & had our hotel rooms waiting for us at each stop. We had nice dinners & got a good amount of rest before heading out each morning. The only thing that would have been super cool to do is this.
