Fashion Friday

Occasionally I will have meetings where I need to upgrade from my jeans and tee shirt uniform to something between casual and business casual. So I opt for an outfit that is laid back,  appropriate and most importantly, comfortable. I had a discussion the other day about khakis with some friends and we couldn't remember the last time we actually fell in love with a pair of nice fitting khaki pants. Thankfully, my favorite denim designer has made his popular stretch popline pants in a perfect shade of beige (the ones I have on are a brand new shade for spring). These are also the same pair I am wearing in the Trends With Benefits segment. Let's just say I am fairly certain they are the best fitting khakis on the planet. Paired with my new Toms wedges in Ash Calypso Canvas, this is my version of business casual with a California twist.
