Day in the Life
Documenting "a day in the life" on Wednesday didn't turn out as good as I had intended. I didn't take enough photos, I didn't write down too many cute nitty gritty details of a rather ordinary day. I did however, get it all into a slide protector page, thanks to (and inspired by) Jamaica. The page is going into my Project Life album, which may be why I didn't focus on taking photos. Each and every day I try to make a conscious effort to delight in the little things. It feels like I am consistently taking pictures, in large part because of my iPhone and Instagram. Though it didn't go as well as I had hoped, it's done and I'm thankful for this project, Ali Edwards. I'll be doing Week in the Life again this year, so there will be plenty more ordinary, everyday stuff documented there.
I took a shortcut on the back to cover up all the squares by sticking a sheet of the Is It Any Wonder fabric paper down and adhering my calendar page with American Crafts super sticky red tape.
