Perhaps you've heard the news...

Thank you so much to those who have already tweeted or sent me messages. So excited and grateful to join a talented group of ladies known as the Garden Girls on Two Peas. Amy Heller, Wilna Furstenberg and I were given such a warm welcome last week. When I first started scrapbooking in 2007, Emily Falconbridge introduced me to the hobby, products and the website. I was completely smitten and still am. Here's a 2-pager that I did for my first layout using photos from Madame Tussauds.

Hambly love

Hambly was one of the first brands I fell in love with when I began scrapbooking in 2007. Their rub-ons go on like butter and the transparencies are so unique and versatile. Here are some layouts I did for the Hambly DT. Their new release is available at Two Peas and scrapbook.com. The pages were up at the booth at CHA using a mix of my line and My Little Shoebox.

This year with them flew by so quickly! Did you hear Hambly's looking for new Design Team members? Deadline is October 31st, good luck to all who try out!

full of glee

I'm Studio Calico's guest designer for their September kit, Glee Club. You may have seen some of the sneak peeks before, but here is the full reveal. And when I say full, it means I made 10 layouts and a mini book. The first layout is made with the Main kit, and the rest are a mix of all 4 add-ons plus the Main kit.

The tree was cut using this shape from the Silhouette store.

Used this camera shape from the Silhouette store for this Instax Mini. It was a great place for variations on quotes from Pinterest and for the little credit card sized photos.

Decided to get started on the Week in the Life project and made the cover page using part of my wood calendar from Night Owl Paper Goods.

so proud

My cousin Cindy started grad school at USC on Monday. She's getting a doctorate in physical therapy, and tonight is her White Coat Ceremony. She's the first in our family to go to grad school. We couldn't be more proud of her.

Just a peek at how the page I made for the American Crafts blog today using banners came together:

Wish every work day felt this way... but it wouldn't be called work then, it would be called play! Photo by LA Photo Party. Happy Friday!
