Hawaii mini album: mission accomplished. So pleased I took a little bag of manageable supplies and that Kelly Purkey had some goodies she scored at CHA as well. We spent a good deal of time outside on the pool deck overlooking the ocean watching the Superbowl and scrapbooking. Washi tape & Hero Arts alphabet stamps are so compact and cute and played a big role throughout the book.
Most of the pictures in the album are Instax photos from my faithful travel printer, the Fujifilm Pivi MP-300. Simply hook up a digital camera to the printer, and voila, in less than a minute there's a high quality print. I can think of little better. Plus it's an awesome way to print out multiple prints of the same image to share with others. (There is another better known, lower priced travel printer, but I personally think the quality of the Instax print is far superior to that of the Polaroid PoGo. Just my humble opinion, please don't be offended if you have this other printer.) Mix in some good times & several hours on the plane journaling and adding some finishing touches.
While it's not ideal for everyone, I do hope that some of you are inspired to create while you're on the go. Mahalo!
