In the spirit of the holidays, I made Christmas-y stir fry.
Tofu, broccoli, green peas, snap peas and red pepper cooked with just a bit of olive oil, garlic, black bean sauce, pepper and some love. This cooking thing is growing on me. The meal (which also included fish, brown rice and tom yum soup) was healthy & yummy, and boyfriend- approved. I made this on Monday night along with my December Daily day 13:
Day 14 was all about yellow:
And Day 15 was all about keeping it simple. Pleased to be home, where I can have Which Wich for dinner and Yogurtland for dessert, which is where the "you rule" comes from. Yes, being home rules.
