scenes from a sweet little trip to san fran

How is this year one-quarter of the way done?
March just whizzed by, and I am looking forward to savoring April a little bit more than I did March.
I enjoyed a quick little trip up to San Francisco (my first in almost 10 years) with my BFF to visit her grandparents, who were staying at her uncle's place. Sounds more confusing than it actually is. Special thanks go out to a cheap ticket on Alaska Airlines ($130 roundtrip from LAX) and an amazing place to stay with this view:
That's the top of the Golden Gate Bridge, and here is an interesting looking tree. We saw these in a number of places.
Loved watching the Sea Lions at Pier 39. Read about their story here.
I like this twirly whirly bike rack...
And as a thank you to Courtney's grandparents... (known as Big Mama and Grandpa Doc)
I made this little photo album with 36 photos from the trip. I added some stickers and words to caption the photos and whipped it up in just under 2 hours. It's a little brag book they can take along with them and show their friends, I guess what you would call a glorified brag book. I hope they will like it.
