Hello Darling

cathy vee visits amy tangerine cathy vee visits amy tangerineDesign Team member, Cathy was in Los Angeles yesterday, and we had the pleasure of a little visit. Hope you enjoy her post!

Hey everyone! Cathy here and I’m going to show you a super easy page I created with just some simple embellishments from Plus One!

First I grabbed “Match”, I just love the watercolor looking background! It pretty much goes with anything! I matted the photo down with a coordinating piece of pattern paper.20140628-095836-35916748.jpg20140628-095836-35916988.jpgNext, I used the rub-ons from “Compliment” for the titles. As you can see, I did “darling” first, then “hello”. Strange, but I work backwards on all my titles!

I grabbed my trusty vintage typewriter and type a little captioning in it.20140628-100332-36212671.jpg20140628-100332-36212377.jpgNow for your own DIY embellishments! I’m a huge fan of circle punches!! I have them in all sizes! Simply rub-on some more “Compliments” and punch those babies out!20140628-100455-36295112.jpg20140628-100455-36295545.jpgVoila! See how simple that was, but how cute it looks?20140628-100600-36360916.jpgI always always date stamp my projects. This is an older roller stamp from Ready Set Go called “Today”.20140628-101025-36625767.jpgAdd some sequins or enamel dots and you are done!20140628-101129-36689445.jpg20140628-101129-36689094.jpgShop for Amy Tangerine products at your local scrapbook stores and online at Scrapbook.com and Simon Says Stamp!
